day 15

A stressful day today- puppies started arriving at 4 AM. the first was still born. 5 healthy babies came after that. Upshot is that my eating for the day was all over.

Drank extra coffee since up earlier then usual. Not typically an issue for most people but I use half and half and sugar in mine- so I counted it.

Didn't eat 'real' food until about 2:30. Grabbed a bologna sandwich (two pieces of bread and 2 oz bologna is 9 points folks)

Had shrimp and veggies with a bit of pasta for dinner.

Ended up with 4 points rolling over into today and now am up to 50 points for my weekly's. So, in all not bad.

Again, it really comes down to planning ahead. When I plan and prepare I do great. then these larger challenges pop up, I find that I respond emotionally rather than logically. But I WILL get there.
